Our Director and Co-Founder, Pak Yono, brings a unique perspective to our company. Having worked in numerous sweatshops throughout his career, he is deeply motivated to ensure that every individual who joins our team feels safe, respected, and valued.
From humble beginnings with just two individuals, we have expanded into a close-knit crew of 35 dedicated members.
To demonstrate our commitment to our team, our tailors receive a salary that is three times higher than the standard tailors' wage. Additionally, we provide comprehensive health insurance coverage for each staff member, prioritizing their well-being.
We take pride in maintaining a diverse team, fostering a harmonious environment where individuals of different genders and religions are treated with equality and respect.
Our team has become a family over the years, and since 2011, we have had the privilege of only four staff members leaving due to personal obligations of returning to their villages to care for their family members.
