At our company, we require a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces per style and colourway, allowing for a combination of sizes. This means you have the flexibility to choose different sizes while meeting the minimum order requirement. Samples: A sample deposit must be submitted before we begin the sampling process.

Production: In order to initiate production, we kindly request a 50% deposit to be transferred to our Indonesian bank account. The remaining balance, along with the shipping charges, is to be paid one week prior to the completion date of your order. As a gesture of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are pleased to offer you a production sample for your review. This allows you to confirm the accuracy of the style before making the final payment.

The duration of production varies depending on availability and the specifics of your order. On average, production can take anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks.

We utilize DHL as our chosen express service for door-to-door delivery, which takes approximately 3 to 5 days to reach any major city.

If you prefer sea freight, it generally takes 6 to 10 weeks for delivery.
